As the sole product manager at Property Meld for most of my tenure, I watched our company grow from 25 to 50 employees and raise a Series B of $15 million.

- Successfully taught the customer success, support, and sales teams to think about product development strategically by establishing a Small Feature Enhancement development swimlane and leading a cross-functional team of key stakeholders to stack-rank customer pain points using a modified RICE prioritization method
