Highlights

  • Successfully aligned the CEO and VPs of engineering, machine learning, and hardware on the product vision and requirements for Incode Concierge by writing a 2-page narrative and leading three 30-min. discussions to unblock the engineering team and deliver the product to 2 pre-paid customers
  • Proposed and achieved alignment with the company's executives on the key decision that Incode would not provide personal identifiable information (PII) to clients in order to protect our brand as a non-surveillance identity tech company

The following diagram describes on a vague, high level the technology we developed and sold to hospitality enterprises for identifying and tracking VIP customers using CCTV cameras. Due to confidentiality reasons, I can't speak in more detail about how the technology works or how it was designed.
The following graphic shows an enterprise what data we can provide them given CCTV footage and a VIP customer's consent. One of the key decisions I made on this product is that Incode will not provide hospitality enterprises with personal identifiable information (PII) because we weren't a surveillance company and didn't want to risk a PR fiasco that could hurt our brand. Thus, we decided to only provide these enterprises with anonymized UUIDs that they could use in their technology stack.

Hotel chains, casinos, banks, and retail stores can provide their VIPs with immediate and top-tier digital and physical services as soon as VIPs enter their facilities by knowing exactly when they arrive.
Banks, casinos, hotels, stores, hospitals, and government offices receive many visitors daily. A select few of these visitors are so important that they are added to “VIP” lists.
